Doctor-Supervised Personalised Weight Management

Looking for an online medical weight-management programme with an individual starting point? Diennet begins with your assessment, followed by medical review before personalised options are discussed.

Adults seeking sustainable weight management may need more than another diet: goals, health history, medicines, activity, sleep and practical circumstances can all affect the appropriate plan.

The five-step Diennet process

  1. Assessment: tell us about your goals, health background and previous approaches.
  2. Medical review: your circumstances and suitability are considered individually.
  3. Personalised formula & compounding: where appropriate following review. This is not an automatic prescription; the contents and available options depend on the individual and country.
  4. Delivery: eligible products and delivery arrangements are confirmed for your order.
  5. Follow-up: progress, tolerance and next steps can be reviewed.

What medical supervision means

Medical review should address suitability and the appropriate next step. Ask which clinician is responsible for your care, their registration in the relevant country, how to contact them and how follow-up is arranged. The Institute's About page introduces Dr Marcel Diennet MD and our approach; a medical title alone does not establish registration in every country.

Personalisation beyond a standard diet

The programme can be discussed in the context of your history, preferences and goals. For women over 45, changes in waist size, muscle and menopause symptoms may be relevant. See the guide for women 40–65 and menopause programme information.

Programme options and current prices

After assessment and appropriate review, explore monthly support, the three-month programme or the six-month programme. Each product page shows the current price; check checkout for shipping, taxes and the full payable amount. A subscription's terms should be read before purchase.

Does everyone need medication?

No. Assessment does not guarantee a prescription or establish that a medicine is necessary. Prescription GLP-1 medicines are different from Diennet's nutritional-support products. A qualified prescriber must decide whether a medicine is appropriate; do not use a supplement page as evidence about prescription treatment.

Availability and delivery

Check our country information and shipping policy. Treatment and supply options must be confirmed for your location and review outcome. No universal delivery deadline is promised here.

Follow-up and realistic expectations

Before purchase, confirm the frequency, format and inclusions of follow-up with the team. Weight change varies; no programme can guarantee a specific number of kilograms. Use follow-up to discuss progress and questions. For acute health concerns, seek local medical care.
